GAMA Consulting is a small, senior team of advisers who work directly with the people who have to make the decision and live with the result.
We founded GAMA after years of watching good companies pay for advice that never left the presentation. Our answer was to stay small, stay close to the work, and measure ourselves by what changes after we leave.
That means we take on a limited number of engagements at a time. You get the people who scoped the work doing the work — no handover to a junior team, no recycled framework, no report that sits unread.
We work across strategy, operations and technology, because in practice the hard problems rarely respect those boundaries. What we bring is the ability to see the whole picture, then narrow it to the one or two moves that matter most right now.
